It’s Here! Well … Almost!

Great news! The book is now available for preorder from a variety of sources. The print format is expected to appear in stock around the first week of September (it takes a few weeks to print and ship) but the electronic format will be here somewhat sooner.

As I said to @peca on Twitter: May it confound you slightly less than the documentation.
